Dua for pain relief anywhere in your body
Hazrat Muhammad ( صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم) said:
Place your hand at the place where you feel pain in your body and say بسم الله three times and say أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ seven times.
In English!
A’udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru

Dua For Stomach Pain Relief
Do you have stomach pain and want to get rid of it? Stomach pain is caused by many things, such as eating spicy food, drinking dirty water, drinking a lot of tea, coffee, etc. daily, and your stomach is effecting badly. If you eat or drink too much of these things, it is better for you to reduce them a little and this dua should be recited five times after each prayer every day,
But before and after this dua, one should read Durood PAK.

In Arabic!
لَا فِيۡهَا غَوۡلٌ وَّلَا هُمۡ عَنۡهَا يُنۡزَفُوۡنَ
In English!
No bad effect is there in it, nor from it will they be intoxicated
In Urdu!
نہ اس میں کوئی ضرر یا سَر کا چکرانا ہوگا اور نہ وہ اس (کے پینے) سے بہک سکیں گے

Dua for Good Health from Quran
Health is a thousand blessings. Those who are healthy should thank Allah Almighty and those who are sick should pray for them, and those who are sick should read Surah Fatiha so that they can recover as soon as possible. Because there is a hadith for Surah Fatiha.
Abdul Malik ibn ‘Umayr (رضي الله عنه) reports that Hazrat Muhammad ( صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم) said:
’Surah Fatihah is a cure for every illness’

Hazrat Muhammad ( صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم) Dua at the time of trouble
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (رضي الله عنه) said :
Whenever a matter would distress him, Hazrat Muhammad ( صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم) would say:يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ.
In English!
Anas bin Malik said: “Whenever a matter would distress him, the Prophet (ﷺ) would say: ‘O Living, O Self-Sustaining Sustainer! In Your Mercy do I seek relief (Yā Ḥayyu yā Qayyūm, bi-raḥmatika astaghīth)

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to a sick person, he would make supplication for him, and would say:
أَذْهِبْ الْبَاسْ رَبَّ النَّاسْ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
