Namaz ke faraiz 11 || Duties of prayer

Namaz ke faraiz are the members of prayer. If you do not perform them, your prayer is invalid. Therefore, it is important for every Muslim to know about them. There are six duties of prayer(Acording to ahle sunnat), and remember to do wazu before every namaz.
  1. Takbeer Tahrima
  2. Qiyam 
  3. Qirat
  4. Raku
  5. Sajuud
  6. Aakhiri Qadah

According to Ahl-e-Sunnat(اہل سنت)

1. Takbeer Tahrima || تکبیر تحریمہ

At the beginning of the prayer, the worshiper says Allahu Akbar, which is called Takbeer Tahrima

2. Qiyam ||  قیام کرنا

Standing up straight while praying.

3. Qirat || قرأت

In prayer, we recite Surah Fatiha and a Surah with it, reciting them in the correct pronunciation.

4. Raku || رکوع

While bowing in this way, the back should be straight and at least bowed so much that the hands reach the knees.

5. Sajuud || سجود ۔ یعنی دو سجدے

It is obligatory to perform Sajdah twice in each Rak’at۔

6. Aakhiri Qadah || قعدہ اخیرہ میں بیٹھنا

After completing the stages of prayer, it is obligatory to sit for ATTahayat.

There are 11 obligations of prayer ||

  • Niyyat(Intension) (نیت)
  • stay (قیام)
  • Takbeer Al-Ihram means saying Allahu Akbar at the beginning of prayer (تکبیرۃ الاحرام یعنی نماز کی ابتدا میں اللہ اکبر کہنا)
  • Raku (رکوع)
  • SajDah (سجود)
  • Reading (قرأت)
  • Mention (ذکر)
  • Testimony (تشہد)
  • Peace, Greeting (سلام)
  • Order (ترتیب)
  • Mawalat means performing the parts of prayer one after the other (موالات یعنی اجزائے نماز کا پے در پے بجا لانا)

There are five members of prayer || نماز کے ارکان پانچ ہیں

  • Niyyat(Intension) (نیت)
  • Takbeer Al-Ihram means saying Allahu Akbar at the beginning of prayer (تکبیرۃ الاحرام یعنی نماز کی ابتدا میں اللہ اکبر کہنا)
  • Standing next to Ruku means standing before going into Ruku (رکوع سے متصل قیام یعنی رکوع میں جانے سے پہلے کھڑا ہونا)
  • Raku (رکوع)
  • Two prostrations in each rak’ah. As far as the addition is concerned, if the addition is Amdan, then the prayer is invalid without any condition.
